For our client, an Alternative Legal Service Provider, we are looking for a Corporate Officer. Fluent in English and French.

Our client is an Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) that delivers efficient, technology-driven legal services to innovators. It minimises the legal and regulatory impact on its clients' operations and finances through AI, digital systems and a team of experts. It stands as a lean ALSP and a provider of digital and AI-based legal and compliance systems.

It is currently recruiting a Corporate Officer to become the founding member of its Luxembourg operations. As such, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the presence of the company in Luxembourg while contributing to a high-impact client project from day one. While your first assignment will be embedded within a client’s legal and corporate governance operations, your long-term trajectory is firmly rooted in the company’s growth and culture. You’ll be part of a dynamic & tech-oriented legal service provider that values autonomy, rigour, and collaboration.

Tasks

As part of your first project, you will be based in Luxembourg, at the heart of the secretary general office of a renowned international asset management company. More specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate corporate development projects and maintain legal documentation
  • Organise and prepare materials for General Meetings, Boards of Directors, Audit and Compliance Committees
  • Manage updates to shareholder registers, dividend payments, and business registry filings
  • Liaise with notaries and local authorities for statutory amendments and registrations
  • Assist in correspondence with supervisory authorities and review governancerelated reports
  • Support administrative tasks including contract filing, document transmission, meeting organisation, signature coordination, and invoice followup

Profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in law
  • You have 5 to 7 years of experience in corporate housekeeping or corporate law
  • You have strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • You are autonomous, detailoriented, and adapt easily
  • You demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and professional responsibility
  • You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
