The International Council of the Belgian Notariat (CINB-IRBN) was founded in 2002 by the Federation of Notaries (FEDNOT) and the National Chamber of Notaries (CNK). CINB-IRBN contributes to the promotion and defends the interests of the civil law notary profession towards European and International Institutions.  CINB-IRBN is a relatively small organization with a dynamic, open, multilingual and collaborative culture. The offices of CINB-IRBN are based in the ‘House of Notaries’ in the centre of Brussels, close to the central station and Grand Place.

Het Sociaal Secretariaat der Notarissen verzorgt sedert meer dan 75 jaar de personeelsadministratie van de notarissen. Ook beoefenaars van vrije beroepen zoals advocaten, apothekers en architecten doen beroep op onze diensten. Onze kantoren zijn gelegen op wandelafstand van het Centraal Station in Brussel. 

Functieomschrijving

  • Je helpt de klanten van het sociaal secretariaat bij hun sociaal-juridische vragen. Je geeft hen mondeling en schriftelijk advies inzake arbeidsrecht (aanwerving en ontslag, arbeidsreglementen, policy’s tussen werknemer en werkgever,…) en sociale zekerheidsrecht.
  • Je zorgt voor een goede opvolging van de sociaal-juridische wetgeving. Je vertaalt wetswijzigingen in overzichtelijke nieuwsbrieven voor de klanten van het sociaal secretariaat en duidelijke interne richtlijnen voor de payroll medewerkers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s van de juridische dienst en rapporteert aan de teamleader van deze dienst binnen het SSN.

Profiel

  • Masterdiploma Rechten, met minimum 3 jaar ervaring in sociaal recht
  • Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • In staat om een complexe materie pragmatisch toe te lichten 
  • Passie voor taal, graag en goed adviezen kunnen schrijven in een correcte, maar behapbare taal is een must voor deze functie
  • Kennis van payroll is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste
  • Teamplayer, maar in staat om na een korte inloopperiode zelfstandig te adviseren in dossiers
